Composting for Kids

Description

Intended for K-grade 5. Learn about the importance of recycling and help sort through materials to determine what can be recycled. Discover another option – composting – and find out why it’s important and how it works. Follow the compost recipe to make a compost sandwich and reinforce learning with a fast-paced relay game to practice deciding if an item should go in the trash, recycling, or compost bin.
