OSR will teach you about the importance of taking care of your pelvic floor and give you preventative exercises to help you stay active and confident. After that\, YogaSix will guide you through a 30 minute yoga flow focused on pelvic floor connection. This event is especially helpful for women\, specifically ones that have had children\, but is beneficial for anyone. This will take place at the OSR Physical Therapy Minnetonka.
